Ordering early is always best! Carriers may be slow during the holidays, so to give your gifts the best chance to arrive by 12/24, we recommend ordering by:

• Free & Standard Shipping: Order by Tuesday 12/17 at 12:00PM EST
• 2-Day Shipping: Order by Friday 12/20 at 12:00PM EST
• Next Day Shipping: Order by Monday 12/23 at 12:00PM EST

Super Smalls currently offers Standard, 2-Day and Next Day shipping options to US based customers.

Free standard shipping is available to orders over $89. Shipping to AK, HI and PR is $20.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to two business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that something (Super) sparkly is on it's way! :) Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.

Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Please note that packages can take up to 7 business days to arrive for standard shipping. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please reach out to hello@supersmalls.com.

At the moment, we ship across the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and to a select few countries in Europe (see "International Shipping" below!), and we hope to add more destinations soon! So, while we're not quite moon-ready, stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow!

Yes! Super Smalls is happy to offer international shipping to select countries (see list below). Please note that not all products are available for international shipping. You will see a note “available for international orders” on the product page for all eligible products.

Yes, depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs or import duties, taxes, and fees. These are included in the fees that will be applied to your order at checkout.

Yes, once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@supersmalls.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

Items may be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Upon receipt, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, provided you reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@supersmalls.com to begin your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not process returns or exchanges without a receipt from www.supersmalls.com or after 30 days from receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrived damaged in any way, please let us try to make it right for you! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@supersmalls.com.

Like all jewelry, Super Smalls should be handled with care. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

We take pride in developing only the highest quality and kid-safe products that are non-toxic. All our products go through rigorous testing at internationally-approved labs to ensure they meet the standards under the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and Prop 65 regulations.

We lovingly crafted these products for imaginative play, always maintaining that safety is of the utmost importance. All of our beauty products are gentle, non-toxic and safe for kids. In addition to complying with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), our beauty products comply with the California State Cosmetics Program (CSCP) and the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) under the FDA.

Our beauty products are cruelty-free, gluten-free, nut-free and made without talc, parabens, phthalates, toluene, DPB or formaldehyde, and our nail polishes are all water based formulas.

We’re so happy you found something you love and so sorry we’re out of stock. We hate to disappoint our customers! If an item is listed as “Coming Soon” it REALLY is coming soon. We’re just at the mercy of the weather gods and shipping gremlins, etc, etc. If you click "email when available" (the link is right there on the item’s page!), you’ll be the first to know as soon as it's back in stock.

Our pieces are recommended as suitable for children 3 years and up, and anyone young at heart :) The most important thing is that anyone playing with Super Smalls’ pieces is old enough (and rational enough) to know not to put the jewelry in their mouths. So maybe no on dogs, but yes on cats? We kid! These really are just for humans.

Customers must spend a minimum of $20 in order to use the referral discount. Offer is restricted to first time customers only. Twenty-four hours after a successful purchase by the referred customer using the referral discount code, referring customer will receive a discount code via email for 15% off.

Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Super Smalls, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral discount and the referred customer's discount code, as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral discount cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to add your name, email address, and shipping address. Click continue to select a shipping method. Next, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Afterpay will be listed in payment options.
