If your discount code isn't working, it's likely due to what's in your cart or discount restrictions. We recommend double checking that there aren't any expiration dates or exclusions for your code!

Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: items in the Disney Collection, WOLF products, Gift Cards, Gift Wrap, Gift Sets/Bundles and final sale/discounted items. Discount codes will be applied to non-sale items in your cart. Other exclusions may apply. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.

Make sure you have at least $75 with of product in your cart before starting checkout (shipping and taxes are not applicable).

Enter the code HOPPY at checkout, and when your order is ready to ship, we'll add your FREE basket to your package!

The code can only be redeemed once per order and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. The code cannot be applied to past orders.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to two business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that something (Super) sparkly is on it's way! :) Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.

Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.

We're dedicated to the highest standards of safety and quality for our products. Currently, we are unable to ship to Rhode Island due to the state's Comprehensive Children’s Jewelry Safety Act. This legislation requires children's jewelry designed for 12 years old or younger to conform to strict testing standards outlined in ASTM F2923-20.

Items may be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Upon receipt, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, provided you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@supersmalls.com to begin your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not process returns or exchanges without a receipt from www.supersmalls.com or after 30 days from receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items purchased from a third party vendor must be returned to the store according to their return/exchange policy. If directed back to Super Smalls, please note that we can offer an online store credit and can only ship domestically.

In the event a product is sold out, Super Smalls has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We’re so happy you found something you love and so sorry we’re out of stock. We hate to disappoint our customers! If an item is listed as “Coming Soon” it REALLY is coming soon. We’re just at the mercy of the weather gods and shipping gremlins, etc, etc. If you click "email when available" (the link is right there on the item’s page!), you’ll be the first to know as soon as it's back in stock.

Our pieces are recommended as suitable for children 3 years and up, and anyone young at heart :) The most important thing is that anyone playing with Super Smalls’ pieces is old enough (and rational enough) to know not to put the jewelry in their mouths. So maybe no on dogs, but yes on cats? We kid! These really are just for humans.

Terms & Conditions
Customers must spend a minimum of $20 in order to use the referral discount. Offer is restricted to first time customers only. Twenty-four hours after a successful purchase by the referred customer using the referral discount code, referring customer will receive a discount code via email for 15% off.

Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Super Smalls, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral discount and the referred customer's discount code, as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral discount cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to add your name, email address, and shipping address. Click continue to select a shipping method. Next, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Afterpay will be listed in payment options. If you select Afterpay, you will be directed to input your Afterpay account information and/or sign up for the platform.
