Super Smalls currently offers a selection of flat rate FedEx shipping options to US customers.
Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that something (Super) sparkly is on it's way! :) Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.
Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.
We will work to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible :) With the Standard Shipping method, your package may take up to 7 business days to arrive once it's been processed and shipped.

We hope you love everything you order! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in the form of store credit on all items purchased at supersmalls.com, except for FINAL SALE items, provided you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to post. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your return.

We do not process returns or exchanges without a receipt from www.supersmalls.com or after 7 days from receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items purchased from a third party vendor must be returned to the store according to their return/exchange policy.
In the event a product is sold out, Super Smalls has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

Like all jewelry, Super Smalls should be handled with care. To clean, wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Our products are made with safe, non-toxic materials and do not include Nickel, Cadmium or Lead. We test all materials used in our products to ensure they meet the highest kids safety and quality standards and do not include chemicals covered under Prop 65.
We’re so happy you found something you love and so sorry we’re out of stock. We hate to disappoint our customers! If an item is listed as “Coming Soon” it REALLY is coming soon. We’re just at the mercy of the weather gods and shipping gremlins, etc, etc. If you click "email when available" (the link is right there on the item’s page!), you’ll be the first to know as soon as it's back in stock.
Our pieces are recommended as suitable for children 3 years and up, and anyone young at heart :) The most important thing is that anyone playing with Super Smalls’ pieces is old enough (and rational enough) to know not to put the jewelry in their mouths. So maybe no on dogs, but yes on cats? We kid! These really are just for humans.
All our rings are all adjustable to fit a variety of finger sizes, from kids to adults. Just squeeze to tighten, or pull apart slightly to make a little more room for those digits!
