The daily responsibilities will include working with the Marketing & Design teams on a wide range of design projects — from concept through completion in both digital and print. You’ll help develop and execute innovative concepts and designs in an integrated, omni channel environment focusing on Online/Digital (email, social, web), collateral (packaging, print) and multimedia/video. An interest and experience with animation is plus! Your portfolio should demonstrate successfully completed projects with quality work and a strong attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design digital assets to support product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with the development of graphics for social campaigns, packaging, emails, digital ads, website, and brand materials, as needed
- Take direction and input from key stakeholders to create design solutions that meet and exceed brand design standards
- Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and the development of thoughtful designs that push the brand forward

Your Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS or equivalent in Design or related field
- Experience in Graphic Design or equivalent coursework
- Basic photo retouching is required
- Keen eye for typographic details is appreciated
- Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Sketch is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrates successfully completed projects with quality work and a strong attention to detail

- Work with team members to create creative briefs and decks to be shared with internal and external parties
- Organize content assets in Dropbox and prepare shared folders for relevant internal and external parties
- Manage and execute assigned creative projects from start to finish. Attend meetings and track next steps/follow-ups for projects

- Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices, apply creatively to brand projects

Your Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area
- Maximum 1 years experience working in a design agency or in-house (Fashion focused preferred)
- Strong creative thinking, whilst being able to provide forward-thinking ideas across multiple touchpoints
- An impressive portfolio of diverse, creative work across print and digital media
- Proven experience designing concepts for emails, digital paid, social and web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere After Effects
- Strong eye and demonstrate knowledge of art, design, culture and fashion
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple team members and align ideas

Super Smalls is seeking an Operations Associate with experience in rapidly growing consumer brands. Our ideal candidate will have a great attitude, be a clear and impactful communicator, and contribute to our energetic and professional culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all e-commerce and wholesale orders are processed in a timely and correct fashion
- Coordinate wholesale routing and packing guidelines
- Triage processing issues and look for long-term process solutions. This includes processing delays, no stock orders, damages, incorrect tagging
- Coordinate air and ocean transportation of finished goods, and ensure correct receipt of goods to the warehouse
- Track orders, preorders, returns, damages, and carrier claims as needed
- Ensure all customer returns are processed according to SLA Review return reasons related to fulfillment/shipping and escalate issues as necessary
- Assist our customer service teams on customer inquiries
- Ensure all operational SOPs are followed to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work closely within the WMS and Shopify platforms daily. Tasks will include but are not limited to: Order editing, canceling orders, issuing refunds, replacement orders, RMA creation/receiving, and inventory audits

The Product Development Manager is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Creative Officer (CCO).
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the product development of assigned collection from concept through production and delivery, including product ideas, sourcing, sampling, costing, regulatory compliance, ordering, quality and delivery
- Create merchandising assortments and pricing strategies with excellent margins and customer appeal. Keep current with costing challenges and understand pricing in order to develop products that achieve appropriate wholesale price and margins

- Ensure product is compliant through initial regulation requirements in product sourcing as well as generating internal testing requests to perform required product testing
- Present and prepare final line reviews to management
- Place initial orders and sample orders for new items in accordance with target delivery dates
- Inspect all initial shipments in collaboration with Operations team to ensure merchandise meets company quality standards
- Participate in the development of sales collateral by providing Creative with product samples, direction, and product copy. Review catalogs for assigned division/collections to ensure product attributes are shown
- Contribute to product ideation and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market needs/opportunities through extensive market research, including competitive analysis, off-site trendspotting, web research, customer feedback, trade show attendance, etc.
- Act as an information resource about products for internal departments
- Travel both domestically and internationally to trade shows, as needed
