We are looking for a passionate creative design student for the position of Graphic Design Intern. The daily responsibilities will include working with the Marketing & Design teams on a wide range of design projects — from concept through completion in both digital and print. You’ll help develop and execute innovative concepts and designs in an integrated, omni channel environment focusing on Online/Digital (email, social, web), collateral (packaging, print) and multimedia/video. An interest and experience with animation is plus! Your portfolio should demonstrate successfully completed projects with quality work and a strong attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design digital assets to support product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with the development of graphics for social campaigns, packaging, emails, digital ads, website, and brand materials, as needed
- Take direction and input from key stakeholders to create design solutions that meet and exceed brand design standards
- Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and the development of thoughtful designs that push the brand forward
- Be genuinely excited to take on various creative tasks that support the on-going growth and success of Super Smalls
Your Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS or equivalent in Design or related field
- Experience in Graphic Design or equivalent coursework
- Basic photo retouching is required
- Keen eye for typographic details is appreciated
- Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Sketch is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrates successfully completed projects with quality work and a strong attention to detail
- Great attitude, highly collaborative, and desire to work in a dynamic environment

Super Smalls, a digital-first play-centric kid’s brand, is looking for a Product Development Associate to join our growing team. The Product Development Associate will provide sourcing, product development, and production support on all aspects of the Product Life Cycle from development to delivery.
This role will partner closely with Design to develop and deliver products that are in line with the brand aesthetic, quality, and value to deliver on our brand objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Daily communication with vendors/factories regarding execution of product from concept to final delivery
Manage sample requests and track samples to ensure deadlines, quality standards and design aesthetics are being met
Maintain the sample library to ensure all development and production samples, swatches, and materials are clearly labeled and organized
Review Pre-Production and Top of Production samples to confirm they match the previously approved samples
Collect and manage time and action information from vendors to ensure adherence to the product development calendar
Collaborate with Design to ensure all packaging artwork are sent to vendors on time
Assist in costing process to achieve target IMU goals; identify and find solutions for lead time and MOQ issues
Keep track of any development sample charges and mold fees
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure Purchase Orders are placed timely and accurately, including gathering all costing and product related information for sku setup
Assist with new vendor onboarding and work with existing vendors on any PO changes/adjustment as needed based on sales orders or inventory needs
Communicate with cross functional teams regarding any potential delivery issues, offering solutions & problem solving
Assist with the maintenance of all Product Development and Production WIP charts
Expedite and manage marketing samples to ensure on time deliveries for photoshoot
Monitor and follow up on all product testing to ensure regulatory compliance, including collecting lab test reports and QC inspection reports
Troubleshoot product quality and technical issues with vendors, offering solutions for improvement and resolving all non-compliance/claims chargebacks
Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years experience in product development, sourcing, and/or production
Knowledge of time and action calendars
Ability to multi-task and react to change in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with appropriate sense of urgency

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Intern to join our team with the goal of increasing our brand following and driving engagement with our content. Our ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital landscape, including relevant social media sites. You’ll be responsible for monitoring, posting and engaging across all of Super Smalls’ social platforms by collecting, organizing, and scheduling the distribution of digital content.

- Pitch ideas, research and design new formats for content across all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
- Help coordinate end-to-end content production, including collecting, creating, and scheduling eye-catching and fun content that will resonate with our audiences
- Monitor analytics to identify best practices and optimize accordingly
- Conduct audits of our social platforms to uncover actionable insights for improving content, and monitor and report on content performance
- Research platform trends, including best practices and successful engagement campaigns
Your Qualifications & Experience:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in social media marketing
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- You have a passion for storytelling and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have meticulous attention to detail
- You are self-motivated and highly organized with a strong work ethic
- You are a great teammate and are able to work cross-functionally with partners in all areas
- You are based in the NYC Metro Area
