You will own the digital marketing strategy end-to-end, overseeing paid media, CRM, acquisition, retention, social, content, and brand campaigns.
You must be both strategic and hands-on: someone who can analyze the numbers, scale what works, manage our agencies, and guide brand marketers to bring the world of Super Smalls to life.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Digital Marketing

- Manage the external media agency and ensure strong accountability, testing velocity, and performance.
Brand & Campaign Leadership
- Own the annual marketing calendar across DTC, wholesale, and licensing, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand voice.
- Lead integrated campaigns from concept through execution—including product launches, collaborations, and seasonal moments.
- Lead, organize, and oversee photoshoots in collaboration with various team members to ensure assets meet both brand and performance needs.
Content, Social & Influencer
- Lead content strategy for social, email, and site to reflect brand voice and values.
- Manage planning and execution of daily content and channel activity with support from internal and external partners.
- Oversee influencer gifting, partnerships, and community engagement to drive authentic awareness and growth.
Email, CRM & E-Commerce
- Oversee the email and SMS calendar from brief to launch; drive performance through segmentation, testing, and analytics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the e-commerce experience across the Shopify site.
- Develop and manage the roadmap to achieve key DTC performance metrics and goals in partnership with our external development team.
Partnerships, PR & Events
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead with external PR and licensing partners (Disney, NBA, MLB).
- Collaborate on retail activations, experiential events, and press initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing touchpoints align with partner guidelines and deliver strong ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own reporting across all core marketing channels.
- Produce monthly/quarterly summaries with insights, recommendations, and opportunities.
- Maintain a strong testing roadmap across performance and brand channels.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of marketing experience in consumer products, lifestyle, or DTC brands (children's, fashion, or beauty a plus).
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing stack and paid media, social, email, and e-commerce marketing (including platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo).
- Proven success developing brand storytelling that drives measurable growth.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and creative production.
