  1. Eligibility: The BFF Day Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of Super Smalls Inc. and Tin Can Untechnologies, Inc. (the "Sponsors") and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 17, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Our administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

  3. Online Entry: To enter, follow these three (3) steps: (1) visit supersmalls.com and enter your email address on the Sweepstakes entry form; (2) follow @supersmalls and @tincan.kids on Instagram; (3) tag your BFF in the comments of the giveaway post, and (4) include the hashtag #giveaway in your comment (the "Online Entry"). Online Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsors Privacy Policies. Limit: One (1) Online Entry per person per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

    Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without following @supersmalls or @tincan.kids on Instagram or tagging a friend, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the phrase “BFF Day Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: BFF Day Giveaway AMOE, Super Smalls Inc., 174 W. 4th Street, P.O. Box 241, New York, NY 10014. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 12, 2026 and received by June 17, 2026 to be eligible. Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Mail-in entries will have the same odds of winning as Online Entries and will be added to the same pool of eligible entries for the random drawing.

    Entry Period: There is one (1) Entry Period as defined in the chart below ("Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period drawing. Non-winning Entry Period entries will not be rolled over to subsequent Entry Period.

    Entry Period Start Date: 12:00:01 AM ET on 6/08/2026 
    Entry Period End Date: 11:59:59 PM ET 6/17/2026
    Sweepstakes Drawing Date: on or about 6/18/2026

  4. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")/Odds:

    Grand Prize:     One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. Grand Prize includes: two (2) Tin Can Phones (one for the winner and one for their BFF) and two (2) $200 Super Smalls gift cards. The ARV of Grand Prize: $600.

    The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $600.

    Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received per Entry Period, but is estimated at 1:1000. The actual odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received and will be made available upon request after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

    5. Random Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about June 15, 2026 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

    6. Winner Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about June 15, 2026 and notified via email. The winner will be required to respond to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

    Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days after the winner is verified. As a condition of prize delivery, winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or applicable equivalent) prior to receipt of the prize. Sponsors will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reflecting the Approximate Retail Value of the prize.

    7. Prize Conditions: All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

    The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse. No substitution is permitted except if the prize or a prize component is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on the prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Once the prize has been delivered to the winner’s residence, the prize is considered awarded.

    The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable.

    Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

    Winner acknowledges that the Sponsors and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered, except that any merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any and if applicable).

    8. Release: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, and release the Sponsors, related entities, and advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, and all entities involved in the production, sponsorship and/or promotion of the prize, or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the respective directors, employees, representatives and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer and/or administration of the Sweepstakes and/or in the announcement of the prize.

    9. Indemnity: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach, of any of winner's representations, warranties or obligations herein; and (c) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.

    10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, participating entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. 

    ALL PARTICIPATING ENTRANTS AND PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

    11. Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsors may also send information or special offers it believes may be of interest to entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners. Personal information collected from online entrants is subject to the Sponsors Privacy Policies, which can be found at Privacy Policy – Super Smalls and Privacy policy – Tin Can.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsors Privacy Policies, online entrants expressly acknowledge and agree that Sponsors may share each online entrant’s email address with any brands or other partners participating in the Sweepstakes. In addition to sharing email addresses with participating brands and partners as described above, Sponsors may disclose entrants’ personal information to their respective service providers (including the Sweepstakes administrator, email service providers, and prize fulfillment vendors) for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and as otherwise required by law or to protect the rights or property of Sponsors. The categories of personal information collected from entrants include identifiers (such as name and email address), and, if entrant is selected as a winner, additional identifiers and tax-related information necessary for prize fulfillment and tax reporting. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. states that grant consumer privacy rights may have the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or other purposes; entrants may exercise such rights by following the instructions in the applicable Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or by emailing [email protected]. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the data collection, use, and sharing practices described in these Official Rules and in each Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

    13. Sponsors’ Right to Disqualify: Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and void the entry of any entrant they find or have a reasonable belief to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website associated with the Sweepstakes; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt, undermine, or annoy any other entrant or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) using any robot, script, automated entry method, multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or other means to circumvent the entry limits set forth in these Official Rules; (e) submitting any false, inaccurate, or misleading information in connection with entry; or (f) attempting to threaten, harass, or harm any other entrant or any representative of the Sponsors. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other term. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

    14. Instagram/Meta Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta.
